Hi there! I'm a postdoc studying the microbes that live in our gut. I study how they help us digest our food and prevent us from getting sick. Outside the lab, I am a yoga teacher and a mountain hiker, and I enjoy cooking delicious food to feed my brain, muscles and gut microbes :)
